An executive document outlining strategies for dealing with demonstrators. The “rally squads” are particularly amazing: groups to shield the president from real demonstrators with positive signs and chants - “USA! USA! USA!” - of their own. “The rally squads can include, but are not limited to, college/ young republican organizations, local athletic teams, and fraternities/ sororities.” Is this a joke?
